Message from the chairman:

Today, neurodegenerative diseases, microvascular medicine as an important subject of the world of translational medicine is emerging and NDDC came into being. Neurodegenerative diseases include Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and motor neuron disease. Because of unknown etiology, progression of the disease, and no cure for these diseases, it is one of the most important causes of disability and death in the elderly population in china. One of the most representative of the disease is Alzheimer's disease, is a kind of irreversible cognitive decline as the main manifestation of neurodegenerative disease. The incidence rate increased with age. With the aging of the population in our country, more and more attention has been given to the disease. There is evidence show that cerebral microcirculatory disturbance caused by ischemia and accumulation of toxic substances in metabolites, is likely to be an essential cause of Alzheimer's disease. Study of microcirculation disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, but also to the ultimate cure for this disease brings hope.

The establishment of the NDDC is an important event for our neuroscience community and CSM. We will strengthen academic exchanges at home and abroad, and committed to the promotion of standardize clinical treatment, hold academic conference regularly, strengthen the communication with the Department of Neurology professional technology progress and experience in clinical and basic research; to strengthen the cooperation with the multi center, the government is committed to God by changing STD prevention and control, to solve the people's livelihood sufferings; pay attention to the cultivation of young the doctor; strengthen the microcirculation and other interdisciplinary cooperation, translational medicine research efforts for neurodegenerative diseases and microcirculatory disorders, our contribution to the development of neurodegenerative disease diagnosis and treatment technology.
